Sheryl Anderson
Sheryl Anderson is a native Houstonian and career banker, possessing more than 26 years of experience in the banking and finance industry. She has worked for global financial institutions for more than 21 years, (one for which she had a 15 year career) and currently serves as a Director for a local bank.
Sheryl’s passion lies within the areas of Community Development and Not for Profit lending; where she has more than 10 years of experience. It gives her great pleasure to help impact the community through the financing of affordable housing, educational facilities, health facilities, and projects that will provide job growth throughout urban communities.
Beyond her professional background, she has a heart for ministry and has partnered alongside her husband 21 years for local, domestic, and international ministry initiatives.
Sheryl has served the body of Christ in the areas of the Youth Ministry (Teacher), Church School (Teacher), Women’s Ministry (Director) and Worship Arts (Choir and Praise Team Member). Sheryl has mentored many young women in ministry, encouraging them to realize their value, and their God given purpose. Her greatest accomplishment of all is being a mother to her two daughters, and her marriage of almost 22 years to her husband, Pastor Eric Anderson.
